The base of the PROTEC service network is the intensive cooperation with our national and international partners. No matter if you need help in Germany or at the other end of the world, by remote maintenance or by one of our 500 trained dealers we are able to react immediately.
As a German manufacturer, our high quality standard is to provide competent service even in complex cases. For this reason, we do not believe in treating symptoms, but work with you to find long-term and effective solutions.
Your regional PROTEC dealer is your contact for a smooth, fast installation and the following after-sales service. Our regular training workshops, which each include a final test, ensure intensive professional training of the technicians. In addition, we support our partners at any time, by remote maintenance and on site – your requirements are our responsibility!
The PROTEC training system requires our sales and service partners to attend a 4-day basic technical training course before installing a PROTEC system. In a refresher training course, which is also obligatory every 3-years, our trainers specifically explain innovations and extend already existing knowledge.
