the COVID-19 pandemic requires a high level of flexibility and care from all parties involved. Fortunately, PROTEC has adapted well to the situation, secured its ability to provide products and services and has taken extensive prevention measures. In the current situation, we are particularly interested in the health of our employees, customers and partners.

As highest priority, we consider the containment of the spread of the virus. In order to maintain business operations in these unpredictable times and remain being your reliable partner as before, we have taken extensive internal measures to provide our employees with the best possible protection against infection. For you, PROTEC is still available and fully functional within the usual business hours. The set-up of home-office workplaces ensures childcare for our employees and at the same time minimizes the risk of infection in the company. If the telephone lines temporarily become overloaded, please send a short e-mail to your contact person or to protec@protec-med.com . Our production department continues to work as fully as the other departments,
thus ensuring the on-time delivery of your existing and new orders. Contact us also in urgent cases – we will do our best for you and look forward to your inquiries and orders!

A separate comment on the availability of our mobile PROSLIDE systems:

Due to the massively increasing demand for mobile devices in the course of the worldwide corona situation, we inform you that according to the current state of knowledge further PROSLIDE devices will be available approx. mid of May. As the demand is currently changing daily, this means: if you are in need, expecting requirement in the near future or want to order them for your local stock, please send us your binding orders immediately.

In the current situation, we have to assign the delivery times according to the principle “first-come, first-serve”. So don’t wait until the situation becomes more difficult, rather act proactively – because the later you place a binding order, the later you can currently be supplied. Of course, our technical service is fully operational, too. By telephone and remote access we are very close to you
and guarantee worldwide support. In order to protect you and our colleagues, we currently exclude visits to our premises and external assignments. We thank you for your kind understanding.
We rely on mutual support throughout the entire supply chain. Especially in these times, solidarity and willingness to cooperate are of central importance.
